I could not have asked for anything more beautifully done! I also want to mention the incredible timeliness to fix an issue “I” had. I decided the next day I needed to change the picture of my son’s dog and via email the response was immediate and for $10 I was able to do so. Any questions I had in the beginning were answered in a very timely manner as well. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again! The staff is extremely friendly and very professional. ☺️

My wife was delighted with the redo of an engraving. The initial engraving was fine, but we thought that another image would work better. It was instantly taken care of at minimal expense. The customer service at Crystal Clear is responsive and focused on customer satisfaction. Couldn't recommend this company more highly.

I was very pleased with the crystal and the incredible communication and service I had with Juan Gonzalez. He was very helpful and patient with my changes to get the project just perfect. I ordered a crystal that didn't turn up to be very good due to my photo selection. (Not due to the laser engraving).
I contacted the company and they made me a replacment for just $10.
And they made sure I approved every step.
